Back to Back is a zine dedicated to the characters of Bokuto and Kuroo from Haikyuu!!, an anime centered around volleyball. With this project, I was able to stretch my graphic design abilities in Adobe InDesign by focusing on custom spreads for each of the artist and writer pairs, as well as assisting our graphic design mod by creating graphics in Photoshop.
I participated as a formatting moderator on this project, using Adobe InDesign to create the below spreads to display the work of our talented contributors! I wanted to focus on pairing the design of the page with the accompanying art in a fun and unique way for each collaboration.
I also participated as a short story writer for this zine. Below you can see the piece I wrote and formatted, iterating on the theme of the zine and keeping up with contributor milestones while completing my work as a moderator. For this zine, I also stepped in to assist our graphic design mod and created the following graphics in Photoshop for our social platforms to promote our sales.
