Universal's Talent Acquisition department was looking for some updated LinkedIn banners that represented some of the company's core values like being playful and authentic, as well as celebrating our exciting new parks. I created the following banners aligned with these values in Adobe InDesign, with multiple versions for our recruiters to choose from. We additionally refreshed these banners with our new campaign, That Universal Feeling.

Universal's previous Talent Acquisition campaign was "Here you can". These standards are still used by NBC for their TA efforts. Below are some of the previous LinkedIn banners shared with our TA department. While these align with "Here you can", they no longer match Universal's updated brand standards.
