I facilitated the coordination between two of Talent Acquisition's biggest partners: our media buy vendor and our graphic design agency. I worked closely with both these partners to achieve the advertising needs for our department, making sure deadlines were met for each project and that budget concerns were considered before any choices were made. I also gave feedback on the design created by the agency, as well as advised on what media buy changes would be needed for the best ROI. These ads led to thousands of applications, in one case almost 2000 applications for one posting, and hundreds of thousands of impressions.
I also directly implemented a range of these projects by designing signage aligned with our various recruitment campaigns. This work was completed in a mix of programs in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.
