Universal ran a series of Spotify ads focused on hiring in our hard-to-fill areas in culinary and entertainment. These ads included an associated graphic that I designed in InDesign, as well as copy written by me and my team. We emphasized Talent Acquisition's new campaign, That Universal Feeling, and capitalized on the values of fun and play that someone can find in a career at Universal. These campaigns drove thousands of clicks and hundreds of applications.
